Cleaning your fiberglass pool steps with Vit. C Tablets.

Stains on fiberglass pool steps can be removed almost instantly by using Vit. C tablets from your local Wal-Mart or other stores, (found in the vitamins isle. Rubbing the tablet over the stain, or letting them sit on the steps seems to work well. You could also place a group of the tablets in a thin cloth and rub it over the stains to remove them a bit faster. Perhaps fruit fresh, or citric acid would also work as well. I will have to try these in the powdered form to see if it will work any faster / better. I tried it a few minutes ago and the results were that the granular Citric Acid, (from the canning supply Dept.), did do the job as well, but tended to not land on the water covered step as well as the tablets.
