In this video Sarah discusses how to manage a winning trade. We bought a call in Visa in the live trading room last week and exited today for profit. The trade was entered because Visa had pulled back from the recent highs and had started to trade in a range. The stock looked like it was waiting to break out. After entering the trade the broad market pulled back along with Visa. The market popped up off support today, and Visa gapped up at the open and started to move quickly higher. The decision to exit the trade with profit was two fold. First Visa had pulled back after our entry, and now the option had returned to profit. Secondly the stock gaped up and surged at the open. With the fast momentum at the open and the strong market today, it was a good time to sell in to strength and take profits.
