Please watch: "How to survive basic training" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K1qUFhB8aPI -~-~~-~~~-~~-~- I had this problem all day and i fiannly got it to work 1:shut down laptop 2: after it shut down hold 0 next to 9 3: after you see loading files on the bottom of the screen let go 4: fianlly its shoud say warning and its just letting you know that everything is going to be erased and click next all the way threw 5:the prcoess should take bout and hour 6: After it finish doing that it should say now creating crc file 7:after that it says recovery complete and click finish 8: now ita back to normal
